Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Synaptic LLC, the United States company operating Yute, handles information in connection with its website, accounts, research and data services. Contact: [email protected].

Information processed

Account and company information can include your email, name, job role, company website, brand profile, competitors, prompts, country, language and onboarding answers. Requests for a demonstration or research evaluation can include the information you submit to those forms.

Service records can include API requests, returned data, usage, credits, model responses, cited URLs, timestamps, provider task identifiers, errors and subscription identifiers. A configured data lookup can process business-contact or company information relevant to the request.

The website and application use cookies or browser storage for sign-in sessions, setup state and product preferences. We may record the campaign and CTA parameters associated with a signup or booking. Infrastructure providers can process request metadata such as IP addresses for delivery and security.

Purposes

We use information to authenticate users, save company setup, provide requested data and evaluations, measure usage, enforce limits, maintain payment records, respond to requests and investigate service errors or abuse. Campaign and CTA parameters help us understand how people reach the service.

Providers and recipients

Providers may process information needed to deliver a feature: Cloudflare for website delivery and configured email services; our application hosting and database providers for account and service records; Stripe for payment processing; Cal.com for bookings; and DataForSEO and its model providers for configured research requests. Google processes sign-in information if you choose an available Google sign-in option.

When you enable model-response collection, the prompt and configured language/location are sent to the selected provider. Avoid including confidential or unnecessary personal information in prompts. Payment-card information is entered on Stripe, rather than in a Yute form. Cal.com and other third-party services also publish notices governing their own processing.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably needed to address abuse, protect rights or investigate security issues. Providing a business-data result to the customer who requested that lookup is part of the service; it is distinct from sharing that customer’s account credentials.

Retention and account requests

We retain account and service records as needed to operate the account, support research provenance, resolve billing questions, investigate abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Different record categories may require different retention periods; this notice does not promise an automatic deletion period that the service does not implement.

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, account closure or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the account. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing or security reasons. Tell us the account email and request; do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

Location and safeguards

Yute is operated by a United States company and uses service providers whose processing locations may vary. We do not promise that all information stays in one country. Access controls, hashed sign-in tokens and scoped workspace access help protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and changes

Yute is a business service and is not intended for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this notice when the service or processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
