Using Yute

Use Yute for lawful business purposes. You must be authorized to submit information on behalf of your company and to accept any purchase for it. Keep your sign-in links, sessions and API credentials private. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Services and availability

Yute provides published vendor evaluations, business-data APIs and workspaces for research into model responses. Features depend on the service and plan actually enabled for your account. Interactive demonstrations and features labeled preview may use illustrative data and do not establish that a live service is available.

A mention in a model response is not a product-quality score, an endorsement or a guaranteed recommendation. Model outputs and third-party sources may contain errors and may change. Yute does not guarantee rankings, sales, revenue or coverage of every model. Review the original evidence and methodology before using results in a business decision.

Subscriptions and payments

The price, billing interval, trial duration and renewal terms presented at checkout govern your purchase. A subscription trial requiring a payment method may renew at the disclosed price unless canceled before the trial ends. A Stripe sandbox checkout is a test and does not create a live charge.

For cancellation, billing questions or refund requests, contact [email protected] with your account email. Do not email payment-card details. Contacting us is the available cancellation route unless your account displays a working self-service billing option. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Your inputs and third-party processing

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You authorize us to process it as needed to provide the requested service, including sending configured prompts to a model or data provider when you initiate or enable collection. Do not submit passwords, private authentication links, payment-card details or information you are not entitled to share.

Published sources, vendor trademarks, model outputs and third-party data may be subject to their own terms and rights. A subscription does not transfer ownership of those materials or permit misuse of personal information.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, bypass account limits, interfere with the service, impersonate another company or use results for unlawful discrimination, harassment or fraud. We may restrict access when necessary to investigate abuse, protect accounts or comply with law.

Research and publication

Published evaluations have their own scope, collection dates and limitations. Cite those details when referencing a result. Do not present a demonstration or a limited sample as a comprehensive market measurement. The research policy explains our approach to evidence.

Changes and contact
